Purpose built for our Resolute Mining Limited engagement we are fortunate to have the likes of Alistair Croll as one of our Senior Mining Leaders. He’s a big safe pair of hands that practically assess issues and sets an implementable course for them to be resolved.

He is a mining engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the industry.  Alistair worked for De Beers and Anglo American in Southern Africa for circa 20 years before moving to Australia in 2005 where he has held COO roles for Consolidated Minerals, St Barbara and Mawson West as well as being the CEO for Kimberley Diamonds and Blina Minerals.

Comfortable in both the underground and open pit environments, Alistair brings Operational, General Management, Project and Strategic experience and skills to the business. He owns his own business in the agricultural space which helps with the financial empathy needed to build the case for project decisions but still enjoys working in the mining industry, his first love.
