Carmel is a Senior Consultant at ResourcesWA and brings strong skills in project management, data analysis, and sustainable change management to the team. She has over 20 years’ experience across business strategy, implementation, sustainability, operations and business improvement, in industrial and service industries including resources, power generation, water, transport, telecommunications and education.

Some of her past projects include Operational Readiness for Pilbara Minerals Limited and developing the first greenhouse gas inventory and National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting for Transfield Services (Australia). Carmel was also involved in creating a detailed roadmap of the strategy and initiatives to achieve net zero for a global miner’s operations in the Americas region.

Carmel has a strong track record of developing systems and frameworks to support analysing, managing, and investigating the potential of new systems and solutions.
